  • l really feel a great improvement from doing the 6 wks pilates for helping reduce lower back strain The everyday 5 min exercise and weekly classes plus bonus classes have really improved my posture l no longer have back aches l would highly recommend for anyone who has lower back strain or pains and aches pilates really did work for me, thanks so much Eoin
